School trip - Aero Green Vegetable Farm

My school had organised a school trip to Aero Green Vegetable Farm in line with our theme of this quarter, "Fruits and Vegetable"... Mummy accompanied me along and we went in the morning to meet up with the teachers and other children as well as their parents...

Upon reaching the farm, we were brought on a guided tour around the farm.. we learned about aeroponics growing system and were encouraged to touch, smell and feel the plants and vegetables... other than vegetables, we also see herbs and fruits... after the tour, we were being led to a resting area where they serve butterhead lettuce and herbal tea...

I tried the lettuce with the mayonnaise provided but don't quite like it... Buffet lunch was catered and Mummy went to queue for the food... after our lunch, Mummy went to buy some of their products like sweetcorns, tomatoes and guava to bring home... 

My little sister is waiting for us at home... and playing with the new trolley that Ah ma bought... Aunty Nora put her inside and I got to push her around the house... both of us are having so much fun!

Happy Birthday Daddy

Today is Daddy's birthday and together with Mummy, they took half day leave and came back after lunch to bring Kloey and me out... So I skipped school...

Gift for Teachers

Today, I brought the gifts that we prepared for my enrichment class's teachers... cos tomorrow I will be skipping school as its Daddy's birthday and Friday is the excursion trip..

Celebrate Daddy's Birthday

We woke up early this morning and I am all dressed up to watch "Cat in the Hat" at DBS art centre... Daddy brought me to MRT to meet up with Pak pak, Pak leong and Chee Leong gor gor, Kloey tag along too... we took the train to meet up with Sharon gugu...

Had some snacks before the start of the show as we were slightly earlier... Pak pak did not join us for the show but waited out... after the show, Daddy, Mummy and Kloey came to pick me up and we went for lunch at Tiong Bahru Plaza...

Back home, Daddy prepared the ingredients for porridge as he is whipping up dinner for everyone... Gina lao yi will be in charge of frying bee hoon... we are again celebrating Daddy's birthday at Ah ma's house... Mummy gave Daddy a surprise by asking Noel yiyi to order a ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins...

Daddy also received present from Gina lao yi, Ren Ee ah gu, Noel yiyi, Ah gu, Uncle Ferdy and Jas yiyi...

Buffet at Amara Hotel

I went for my enrichment class in the morning... In the afternoon, while Kloey is having her nap... Daddy and Mummy brought me to Rail Mall to collect the honey that Mummy order for Teacher's Day... then, we had tea break at Coffeebean before heading home...

In the evening, Daddy and Mummy brought us to Amara Hotel to have buffet dinner... This is a pre-birthday dinner treat for Daddy... there is not much variety of food there and what I like most from the spread are sushis...

Hari Raya celebration in School

We are having Hari Raya celebration in school today so we need not go in uniforms... Gina lao yi got me a Malay costume and I wore it to school...

Post Hari Raya Holiday

 First of all, Selamat Hari Raya to all the Muslim friends...

Happy that we have one more rest day... Daddy and Mummy brought Kloey and me to Jurong Point for lunch at Central... its quite crowded when we reached but there is a place for us... The food was ok, taste quite much to my preference..

After our lunch and grocery shopping at NTUC, we made our way home to rest before going down to Ah ma's house in the evening for dinner... Daddy and Mummy brought down a safety gate after Aunty Nora and Gina lao yi commenting that Kloey is now a "pro-walker" and she always go to the kitchen while seated in her walker to open up the drawers, etc... so in case of any unforeseen accident, we installed the gate at the entrance to the kitchen...

Ice Cream Making + Dinner at Tung Lok Signature

Mummy had registered me for a ice cream making workshop so in the afternoon we set off to the venue for payment and registration... I am getting excited about this but do not like the idea that Mummy cannot join me in the class... However, after some time, I calmed down and let Mummy and Daddy wait outside the class with other parents...

While I am in the class, Daddy, Mummy and Kloey were being presented about what I will be learning in thw workshop and they also make use of the chance to sell their products to us...

After the workshop, we left for Vivocity... Yeye, Mama, Sharon gugu, Pak pak, Pak leong and Chee Leong gor gor are waiting for us at Tung Lok Signature where we will be celebrating Daddy's birthday in advance... after the dinner, we went for the Mini express train ride... its so fun...

Long Weekend

Its the start of the long weekend due to Hari Raya Puasa... I still need to attend my usual enrichment class... Aunty Nora brought me there and Daddy fetch me back...

Day at Vivocity

Daddy brought Kloey and me downstairs to cycle this morning and he went 7-11 to buy his papers as well... In the afternoon, we went to Vivocity for some shopping... Mummy bought me a hula hoop from Toys R Us...

Then, we went to the outdoor kids area for my car ride...

Budget Terminal

Ah ma and my 2 lao yis are coming back from Hatyai today... together with Ah gu and Noel yiyi, we went to airport to pick them up... as we reached slightly earlier, we went for tea break at Macdonald's...

After picking them, we decided to go for an early dinner, so we drove down to Bedok Point for dinner at Kungfu Paradize and shopped around the vicinity before heading home...

Ah ma commented that there is nothing much to buy in Hatyai as compared to Bangkok so she did not manage to get much stuff... anyway these are the things she got for Kloey and me... not too bad as its the thought that counts...

Post National Day

Its post national day holiday so I got no school, Daddy and Mummy took leaves to accompany Kloey and me... In the morning, we made our way to the swimming pool... it had been a long time request from me and Daddy decided to go today before the coming lunar 7th month...

We changed into our swimming costumes and head for the pool... Kloey had some splashing fun at the baby pool then we all went to the lazy pool thereafter... Mummy brought Kloey up to change first while Daddy and I continue with our swim...

After our swim, we went home for a rest and brought Aunty Nora together to Robinsons at Centerpoint for some shopping... we bought quite a lot of things from Robinsons and had our tea break at Macdonald's...

Then, we went over to 313 @ Somerset and along the way, Mummy bought me a new book and some assessment books...

We shopped around 313 @ Somerset while waiting for Noel yiyi to join us as she happens to be in Orchard too... we had a simple dinner at the food court, ordered some food to share cos we were still full from the Macdonald's and Noel yiyi had late lunch... after that, we went to toast box for some drinks while Aunty Nora brought Kloey and me out to the playground to play....

 We left after that for home but before that, we gave Noel yiyi a lift to her friend's place.... 

These are the loots we bought from Robinsons today excluding the Hello Kitty bag... Mummy bought me that bag for bringing to my Saturday enrichment class....

National Day 2012

Happy Birthday, Singapore!

Its a public holiday... we went to Jurong Point for breakfast and came back just after noon to rest... In the afternoon, Ah gu and Uncle Ferdy came to our house to bake brownies... when done, we went down to Ah ma's house, we are going to cook dinner today... Noel ah yi will be whipping up potato salad and mushroom soup... Daddy is in charge of chicken chop and pork chop... Ah gu tried out the sauteed garlic mushroom while Uncle Ferdy baked brownies...

We had our meal and watched the National Day Parade... everyone of us enjoyed the food... its a pity that Ah ma, Ann lao yi and Gina lao yi are in Thailand...

This is the brownie done by Uncle Ferdy and Ah gu bought Hagen Daz ice cream to go with it... Yummy...
