Mooncake Festival

Happy Mooncake Festival!

Daddy and Mummy brought Kloey and me to Jurong Park for Macdonald's breakfast... now that Kloey had grown bigger and had 8 teeths in her mouth, we can feed her with hotcakes... but we will still bring along her snacks and biscuits just in case...

In the evening, we went back to Yeye's house for dinner and celebrate mooncake festival with the family... after our dinner, Sharon gugu brought Chee Leong gor gor, Kloey and me downstairs with our lanterns... Pak leong, Daddy and Mummy followed along too... we lit up our lanterns and walked around the blocks...

Cross Cultural Night

I went for my enrichment class and Mummy came over to fetch me... after that, Daddy picked us up to JW Street 91... we went for lunch and Mummy need to buy the jasmine flower for my hairdo in preparation for my Indian makeover...

The RC downstairs is organizing a cross cultural night and Mummy had registered my name... So I will be dressing up as Indian girl... do I look like one? Anyway its just for the fun of it and all the participants got NTUC voucher as a token...

Breakfast @ Old Town

  

We woke up this morning and Mummy suggested going to Jcube for breakfast, we settle for Old Town Coffee... we also ordered some toast so that Kloey can eat...

After our breakfast, we walked around the mall and came across some cute Halloween snacks/sweet that Cold Storage is selling... out of fun, Daddy bought me a packet of "blood" which is actually strawberry flavoured sweet... Kloey also got to try a bit....

Some updates about Kloey, she is growing up fast... In fact, we are counting down to our birthday celebration next month... She does not like to eat cereal now so Aunty Nora is giving her plain bread and biscuit as breakfast...

Baby Contest @ Dover CC

Early this morning, we went to Dover Community Center as Kloey is entering a baby contest... reached there just in time for registration and proceed to the waiting area for doctor's examination...

2 contestants before us and we went into the doctor's room... Kloey is being accessed and she had grown from a 2.465kg tiny baby to a hefty 10.6kg now... eating 3 meals and having 3 bottle of milk daily... after the assessment, we walked over to a void deck to wait for Daddy to buy breakfast for Mummy and me while Kloey had her breakfast cereal...

When its almost time for the result, we walked back to the tentage and waited... then the emcee called our number to go for re-assessment in the doctor's room.. we went back to the room again together with 5 other contestants... we were being told that these 6 babies are the finalist and guess the doctor want to confirm the position of the babies again... anyway, Kloey got 2nd for this healthy baby contest... Yippeeee....

After that, we went to IMM for lunch... went to the Taiwanese cafe downstairs so that Kloey can have the plain sweet potato porridge... then, its time to go back home as I have piano class afterwards...

Darren Ah gu's 21st Birthday Bash

In the afternoon, we set off to Aranda Country Club where Darren Ah gu will be holding his 21st birthday party... but before that, we had an important task to do... that is to collect the birthday cake from Secret Recipe, Anchorpoint... Mummy had ordered the cake online for him...

We had to reach the chalet earlier to help decorate the place... beforehand, Mummy and Ah gu had already prepared the stuff at home... When we are done, some of the guests had reached... Ah ma came earlier from work too and we were out for a stroll at E-hub... We went for the mini bowling game at the bowling alley, then for the train ride... Look, Kloey is enjoying herself... 

After walking around, we went back to the chalet for some food and drinks... As some of Darren Ah gu's friends are not here yet, we got to postpone the cake cutting... Kloey and me then had shower and changed into our pyjamas...

Finally, the cake cutting ceremony begins... we had some photo taking with the birthday boy and altogether sing him a birthday song... Happy Birthday, Darren Ah gu!

Be A Teacher

As mentioned, my new term theme is Occupation and for me, I want to be a teacher... Now, Kloey will be my first student...

Celebrate Sharon gugu's birthday

In the evening, we went over to Pak pak's house to celebrate Sharon gugu's birthday... before going up to his place, we order "tze cha" from the coffeeshop downstairs as Pak pak and Daddy are giving Sharon gugu a treat with her favorite dishes...

For me, I had prepare a birthday gift for Sharon gugu, its a Baby G watch which she had been eyeing...

Pak leong also got a birthday cake for her... after having our dinner and resting for a while, we took out the cake to sing Sharon gugu a birthday song and let her cut the cake...

Dinner @ Home

Good morning, everyone! See the power of Ipad, I am using it to watch youtube and Mummy always asked me to share with Kloey... Sometimes, Kloey will watched quietly but sometimes, she will just grab it from me or keep pointing at the screen...

We saw Kloey doing something so cute this morning, we was playing with her toy snail on the playmat and suddenly she bend her body to look at the mirror to see her reflections and she said "da"... playing peek-a-boo herself...

In the late afternoon, we went down to Ah ma's house for dinner.. Gina lao yi suggested cooking fried wanton as we had not eat it for a long time... So I helped with the wrapping...  

Teacher's Day 2012

A Happy Teacher's Day to all the teachers in the world!

Mummy took leave today since I have no school... together with Aunty Nora, she brought Kloey and me to an indoor playground at Fusionopolis... its called Happy Willow... Daddy is unable to join us as his colleague is not around...

Upon reaching, we queued up to pay for our admission... its quite a crowd due to the promotion and activities in the playground... I went for a petite manicure, done with Hopstotch Kids which is natural and safe... plus, its odourless too...

When I am done with the manicure, I went to play for a while... not before long, its story telling time... and the story is "The Cat in The Hat"... although I had watched the play, I still enjoyed the session and Kloey joined in too... after the story, there is a question and answer, I managed to answer a question correctly and got a landyard as a reward...

Its Kloey's first visit to an indoor playground so Aunty Nora carried her around and try out the ball pits and small slides... for me, I can go independently around the obstacles so Mummy just waited for me below or at the sofa area... We spent a great 3 hours in the playground and soon its time for us to leave...

Daddy and Ah gu are coming over after work to meet us for dinner... the timing is just nice and we had lunch at the foodcourt then had coffee at Black Canyon before leaving home.. before that, we dropped by Artfriends at Buona Vista Mrt... Mummy, Ah gu and me went down to buy some stuff for Darren Ah gu's birthday decorations while Daddy, Aunty Nora and Kloey waited in the car... Finally, we got all the stuff and went back home to rest...

CD Storybook

Mummy brought back a little gift from Aunty Carol today... its a Disney Princess CD Storybook...

Teacher's Day Present

I went for my piano class in the afternoon, there I gave Miss Liew the Teacher's day present.. my enrichment class teacher, Mrs Tyo got the same gift too but in a different color... its a bottle of Manuka honey... hope they will like it...

In the evening, we went back to Clementi for dinner... Yeye's leg is experiencing pain so we brought some food back to Yeye's house and eat together...

So fast and its September, Kloey and my birthday are approaching... Mummy is still busy preparing for our birthdays every weekend... this afternoon, we drove out to Pioneer Mall to have tea break at Macdonald's then went to Giant for some marketing...
